Disney revealed plans to reboot the Home Alone films for its streaming service yesterday (August 7), and the star of the originals has responded to the news.
Macaulay Culkin (a.k.a. Kevin McAllister) poked fun at the remakes by sharing a photo of himself on the couch in his underwear eating takeout with the caption: "This is what an updated Home Alone would actually look like."
He followed that up by tweeting at Disney to "call me!"
As of yet, no details have been announced about the Home Alone reboots — whether they will be films or TV shows, who will appear in them or even when they will arrive.
But by the sounds of things, Culkin hasn't been asked to participate — at least, not yet.

Last year, Culkin reprised his role as McAllister and reenacted scenes from the original Home Alone for a Google Home commercial.
