Wilco have shared plans to make a singular visit to Canada in 2022, plotting a performance at Toronto's Budweiser Stage this summer.
Taking place on August 18, the band have enlisted support from local heroes Bahamas and Kathleen Edwards, who are fresh off releasing Sad Hunk and Dogs and Alcohol, respectively.
Wilco are touring behind Ode to Joy, which arrived way back in the before-times of 2019. Bandleader Jeff Tweedy also recently hinted at plans for a new album, saying they were "chipping away" at a new release back in February.
Tickets for the show go on sale this Friday (April 8) at 10 a.m. ET, with a Ticketmaster presale beginning tomorrow (April 5) at 10 a.m. using the password "MapleLeaf."
