The legal woes keep mounting for Sean "Diddy" Combs, with news that the incarcerated rap mogul is facing over 100 new sexual assault allegations.

Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee announced Tuesday (October 1) that he is representing 120 accusers with allegations against Combs that go back more than two decades.

"We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates," Buzbee said during the news conference.

Buzbee added that the allegations will include "violent sexual assault or rape, facilitated sex with a controlled substance, dissemination of video recordings, sexual abuse of minors," adding that his team has "collected pictures, video, texts."

The lawyer said that 25 of the accusers were minors at the time of the alleged incidents, further claiming one of the accusers was as young as nine years old at the time of their alleged incident.

Combs was arrested by federal agents in New York last month. After R&B singer Cassie filed a suit against Combs alleging rape, sex trafficking and physical abuse, the two settled a day after.

As subsequent lawsuits were lodged against him, Combs had his homes raided by US Homeland Security, while artists like Kesha and Joe Jonas removed lyrics referencing Combs from past songs.

Following his September arrest, Combs was charged with racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, said he plans to plead not guilty, while a statement from Combs's legal team at the time said, "He is an imperfect person but he is not a criminal."

Previously, Buzbee represented families of victims of the fatal crowd crush at Travis Scott's Astroworld Festival in 2021.
