Cult rap icon DOOM plans to spend the next few months sharing unreleased tidbits, and the latest is packed with notable names.
"True Lightyears" sees the metal-faced rapper join forces with Jay Electronica. Better yet, it's billed as a KMD song, marking the first new material from DOOM's '80s and '90s project since the Black Bastards album.
KMD will release a new album called Crack in Time later this year through Metalface/Nature Sounds. Stay tuned for more information on that release as it becomes available.
Until then, enjoy "True Lightyears" below.
The song comes as part of DOOM's singles series The Missing Notebook Rhymes, which is in partnership with Adult Swim. He's set to release a new song from that project every week until November 13, so expect a whole lot more DOOM in your life.
