During her first musical appearance, Cardi B did a medley of "Bodak Yellow" and "Bartier Cartier" in an oversized feathered black-and-white get-up, but for her second one — the ballad-esque "Be Careful" — the camera panned down mid-song to reveal a form-fitting white gown, complete with a baby bump.
Cardi B later confirmed the pregnancy rumours on Twitter.
