Former Hüsker Dü frontman Bob Mould brought some fresh material to Jimmy Kimmel Live last night (August 27), serving as the show's musical guest and hanging around for an extra web-exclusive performance.
Currently supporting his latest solo record Beauty and Ruin, the bespectacled alt-rock veteran knocked out "The War" for broadcast, then ran through "Hey Mr. Grey" as a web-only bonus. He gets some help on both songs from the Foo Fighters' Taylor Hawkins on drums.
Mould reissued his first solo album, Workbook, earlier this year, while fans looking for new material can pick up Beauty and Ruin now. You can watch videos of both Kimmel performances below.
