UK rockers alt-J released Relaxer last year, but they're breathing some fresh life into the album with a remix project dubbed Reduxer.

The reinterpretation of the album is due out September 28 via Canvasback/Atlantic.

In addition to the previously unveiled remix of "In Cold Blood" featuring Pusha-T and Twin Shadow, the group have now shared a version of "Deadcrush" featuring Danny Brown and produced by Alchemist and Trooko.

Other guest contributors to Reduxer include GoldLink, Rejjie Snow and Little Simz.

"I think it's always been something we've been interested in as an idea, working with hip-hop artists as our ideas and their ideas marry quite well together and we wanted to explore that with this album," the band told BBC Music.

Pre-orders for Reduxer are available here.
