Tory Lanez is in even more legal trouble, as a man is now suing the Canadian artist and his security team over an alleged physical assault.
A man named Christopher Harty has filed a lawsuit against Lanez and other members of his crew after they allegedly assaulted him while at Miami's LIV Nightclub back in November 2019, TMZ reports.
In legal documents obtained by the publication, Harty claims Lanez verbally antagonized him before things escalated and became physical, with Lanez punching him.
Harty goes on to claim the artist's entourage then joined in, leading to a full-on beatdown. The suit includes a brief five-second video clip, but according to TMZ, it's hard to make out Lanez's role in the dust-up.
The suit alleges the beatdown led to blunt force trauma to his head, neck, chest and back, as well as multiple contusions and bruises to his body. Harty is now suing Lanez for unspecified damages.
News of the lawsuit comes in the wake of Lanez's altercation involving Megan Thee Stallion, where he has been accused of shooting the rapper and now facing weapons charges.
