The coronavirus pandemic has resulted in a global shutdown of public events, so you better believe there was no way an event called "the Gathering" would be able to continue as planned. Thus, it's with heavy hearts that we must announce the Insane Clown Posse's Juggalo festival is no longer happening in 2020.
The Gathering of the Juggalos was set to take place in Ohio over the first weekend of August, but ICP announced they were pulling the plug on the fest over safety concerns for their fans.
"For 20 consecutive years, the Gathering of the Juggalos has been the biggest family reunion on the planet, generating untold levels of freshness for the thousands and thousands of attending Juggalos from all walks of life, all around the world," they boast in their statement. "That said, at this juncture, it is with a heavy heart we announce that due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we have no choice but to postpone the Gathering until next year."
