Monday (December 27) night's Jeopardy! episode was brought to a screeching halt by temporary host Ken Jennings when the GOAT contestant presented a clue involving Megan Fox's boyfriend, Machine Gun Kelly, and no one buzzed in.
The headline-grabbing rapper-turned-pop punk mainstay MGK appeared in photo form during a clue for the gameshow's "Musical 3-INITIALers" category, in which Jennings posited: "The stage name of this rapper and actor gets shortened to MGK."
When the buzzer signalled time-out after neither Donna Lettow, Ashley Castle nor returning Jeopardy! champion Amy Schneider managed to respond to the clue, Jennings continued: "Not fans of Machine Gun Kelly — apparently."
As the old adage goes: ignorance is bliss.
MGK is far from the first celebrity to go unrecognized on the game show. Back in 2019, arguably more famous and better-liked Hollywood figure Tom Hanks was also a clue on Jeopardy! — but no one guessed that question right either.
