It's Juno Week, and amidst the excitement of the JUNOS taking place this weekend (May 15) in Toronto, the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) has announced next year's event.
The 2023 JUNO Awards will take place in Edmonton, AB. Juno Week kicks off on March 6, 2023, leading up to the 52nd Annual Juno Awards broadcast at Rogers Place on March 12.
The last time the JUNOS took place in Edmonton was 2004, when Alanis Morissette hosted. "After nearly two decades, we are ecstatic to bring Juno Week back to Edmonton," said Junos/CARAS CEO Allan Reid in a statement. "The city is a unique cultural destination with a proven commitment to championing the arts and we can't wait to shine a light on its flourishing music scene."
