Hear the Week's Best New Canadian Music: Corridor, ELIO, Softcult, Täbï Yösha

BY Exclaim! StaffPublished Apr 26, 2024

Do I need Sabrina Carpenter's "Espresso," real espresso, or both? Probably both, but we've made it to Friday — and that means there's also the week's best new Canadian music to put an extra pep in your step.

This here clearly ain't ELIO's first "ASPHALT RODEO" on her masterful new bop, while Softcult celebrate women supporting women with "One of the Pack," and Täbï Yösha's "Loving You with a Broken Heart" gets an effervescent new remix.

As for album releases, we have new records from Corridor (Mimi), Ellis (no place that feels like), Thunder Queens, PARTYNEXTDOOR and Joshua Hyslop.

Elsewhere, Sham Family keep it real, and karma catches up to Sierra Pilot. Fernie lays himself bare with "Pain," and Bodywash get a Khotin remix. Meanwhile, Exclaim! New Faves alum Future Star previews her Mint Records debut, and the Sound of Eddy prep their new EP.

You'll find something sweet with The Eh! List below, presented by Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters — all Canadian and proud of it!
