Beyoncé and Adele Definitely Don't Appear Together on a New OneRepublic Song

Neither does Coldplay's Chris Martin

Beyoncé and Adele will reportedly appear together on an upcoming song from OneRepublic.

Frontman Ryan Tedder hinted at the high-profile guest features in a recent interview with Z100 at the Global Citizen Festival, adding that the song also features Coldplay's Chris Martin on a piano solo at the bridge.

The clip cuts off before we get to hear if this is an actuality or just his wildest dreams, but Tedder has previously worked with both Adele and Beyoncé.

UPDATE (9/30, 2:50 p.m. EDT): Turns out it was definitely just the stuff of his wildest dreams. Tedder took to Instagram earlier today to confirm that he was just using his favourite words "sarcasm," "kidding" and "joke" simultaneously when he announced the song in a throwaway interview comment. There is no OneRepublic song featuring Beyoncé, Adele and Martin.

Tedder co-wrote "Halo," "XO" and "I Was Here" with Bey, and "Remedy," "Rumour Has It" and "Turning Tables" with Adele. He even co-wrote the K'naan track "Better" with the guys in Coldplay.

So far, no other details about the star-studded collaboration have been revealed, though OneRepublic are slated to release a new album this November.
