Violent Femmes have announced a North American tour on which they'll play their first two albums in their entirety.
After their 1983 self-titled debut turned 40 last year, divisive 1984 sophomore follow-up Hallowed Ground celebrates the milestone anniversary this year. Both albums can be heard live at 14 dates on the continent in the month of May.
Five of those performances come in Western Canada, with a two-night stand at Vancouver's Commodore Ballroom giving way to shows in Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg. Find Violent Femmes' complete North American tour itinerary below.
Tickets for all shows go on sale Friday (March 15) at 10 a.m. local time. Ahead of time, a pre-sale can be accessed beginning tomorrow (March 13) at 10 a.m. local time using the password "ADDITUP."
