OVO Sound's Roy Woods is coming back into our lives with a new EP. The artist has delivered his new six-track EP Dem Times, marking his first proper project since 2017's Say Less LP.
Dem Times is made up of six tracks, and while there are no guest spots, we get production from Jordan Ullman, KBeaZy, Harv and Grayson Michael. The EP also has some art that keeps reminding us of Avatar for some reason.
In a statement Roy said of the project, "We're in a place and space that a lot of us have never experienced before. That's what made me want to release my EP, Dem Times, and it's also why I chose the name. If you're from Toronto, then you know exactly what I am referring to. Life is short and can change in a blink of an eye. Appreciate life and all 'dem times' at all times."
Check out Dem Times below, where you can also watch a video for the EP track "Cool J."
