Taking the title of the Menzingers' "I Don't Wanna Be an Asshole Anymore" to heart, one of slasherdom's greatest ghouls gets a spiritual makeover in the music video for the group's latest Rented World single.
After goofing up a cabin kill, hockey mask enthusiast Jason Voorhees (or at least a reasonable facsimile) contemplates where he went wrong, and tries to find some friends over social media. As the chipper pop-punk song plays in the background, we see the guy try to get some pointers on how to pick up women, use his machete for severing heads of lettuce, and generally just having a more positive outlook on life.
You'll find out how far his transformation goes in the video down below.
Rented World arrives today (April 22) on Epitaph.
