No strangers to big-name collaborations, the Wiggles now have their hearts set on joining forces with none other than Lil Nas X after the notorious internet troll/father to MONTERO shared that he wants to set up a double-header tour with the Aussie kids' band.
"Trying really hard to get the Wiggles to co-headline the tour with me," Lil Nas tweeted yesterday (April 27). "I will keep you guys updated."
The Aussie legends responded on Twitter, letting Nas know "We're ready to wiggle with you!" Additionally, Blue Wiggle Anthony Field joked that "The Big Red Car is packed and ready mate! Let's Wiggle!"
It's not the first time Lil Nas X has sought a collaboration with the Wiggles. Back in 2020, the rapper dropped hints about his admiration for the group, photoshopping an image of himself into a Wiggles picture for a fake "Rodeo" remix.
While Nas is due to head out on his first-ever North American tour in September — which includes a stop in Toronto — the Wiggles are sadly not currently offering support on the run.
As for the future of the two acts' touring plans, the Wiggles did just manage to bring out Tame Impala's Kevin Parker on tour, so really, the possibilities are endless!
