Janet Weiss Unveils Rescheduled Quasi Tour

The dates mark the former Sleater-Kinney drummer's first since her car accident

Former Sleater-Kinney drummer Janet Weiss has at last rescheduled her axed 2019 tour with Quasi, marking her first live dates since she was injured in a car accident in August.

Weiss and her partner Sam Coomes will take Quasi on tour across North America this spring and summer. The tour is broken into two legs, the first taking place in April and the second happening in July.

The first date is actually here in Canada and takes place in Vancouver on April 22. You can see the full schedule below.

"It's time to jump back in and try a few little tours," Weiss wrote on Twitter alongside the tour announcement. "I am over the moon excited (and a bit scared) to be playing Quasi shows again. We couldn't be happier to reschedule the dates we had to cancel after the accident last August."

Tickets for all shows go on sale Friday (January 31) at 10 a.m. local time.
