The last weekend of September is upon us. Rent's about to be due, and artists are delivering like they know it with the week's batch of the best new Canadian music.

OMBIIGIZI continue to preview Shame by confronting the opioid epidemic with "City Trials," and Lights makes a blonde-bobbed return on the darkwave-y "Damage," while Tia Wood delivers her heavily anticipated debut EP.

This week in album releases, we have what Mustafa is calling his first "official" album (Dunya) three years after he made his mark with When Smoke Rises, as well as new records from Leif Vollebekk (Revelation), Contrived, Burton Cummings, Tea Fannie and Julian Taylor.

Elsewhere, there's more new music from Vypers, Rose Cousins, Miles Clayton, Fernie, Lisa LeBlanc, Bedouin Soundclash, Hildegard, Born Ruffians and the Weeknd.

The bet is worth the hand with The Eh! List below, presented by Mary Brown's Chicken — all Canadian and proud of it!
