Future Bible Heroes Cancel Toronto Show

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Jun 7, 2013

Future Bible Heroes are just about ready to hit the road this summer in support of their newly released Partygoing, but the band now reports they've had to pull out of their July 22 appearance at Toronto's Lee's Palace.

The band delivered the bad news today (June 7) over Twitter, writing, "sadly we had to cancel our Toronto show, boo! Due to scheduling conflicts. But we look forward to coming to Canada soon!" A similar tweet hinted that "We couldn't get the routing to work."

The rest of the U.S. dates will go ahead as planned, meaning the band have an extra day to get between Cambridge, MA, and New York.

As previously reported, the lineup for the tour does not feature Stephin Merritt, but consists of Claudia Gonson, Shirley Simms, Christopher Ewen and Anthony Kaczynski. These are the first Future Bible Heroes concerts since 2002. You can see the updated schedule down below.
