No longer just a fun-loving dude who hangs out with Good Charlotte, Kevin James and Pac-Man, EDM rapper Waka Flocka Flame has shown that he's also got some messed up opinions about the trans community. In a new interview, he went on a long rant about Caitlyn Jenner.
Speaking with The Breakfast Club this morning, Waka misgendered and misnamed Jenner before saying, "You are who God made you, not who you made you."
He went on to say "God ain't put them feelings in you, man — that's the devil playing tricks with your mind," before suggesting that it actually is God putting them feelings in you by adding, "That's a test from God."
Further, he said being a transgender person is "rebuking God" — a phrase that sounds mighty Biblical, but doesn't really make sense. After all, to rebuke someone is to scold them and speak down to them, which doesn't seem entirely possible in this case. Maybe Waka should take a theology course.
Waka, wearing a hat that read "UNCOMMON SENSE," added, "Transgender — they're marketing evil."
