Calgary psych-pop quartet Sunglaciers have signed to Mothland, and today they're sharing the twinkling "Draw Me In," a new single co-produced by Chad VanGaalen.
The new track comes attached to a video directed by Anthony Lucero. "I went with the direction I did because the sound and spatial structure of the song was very fluid and encompassing," Lucero said of the textured, psychedelic video. "I found that when messing around with machine learning that flowers and daisies really fit the nature and energy of the song better than anything else could."
Sunglaciers' most recent record was 2019's Foreign Bodies. Chad VanGaalen released his latest, World's Most Stressed Out Gardener, earlier this year.
You can catch Sunglaciers performing at Monarch Tavern in Toronto on October 20 and l'Hémisphère Gauche in Montreal on October 22, before they head to Calgary and Edmonton in November.
