Having conquered the worlds of melodic hardcore, emo and pop-punk, long-running New Jersey act Saves the Day are now enjoying life as an indie band with longevity. To further prove their chops, they've announced another new LP.

The release is called 9 and follows the group's 2013 self-titled effort. Further, it serves as a look at the band itself.

"This album is the story of Saves the Day and my own personal journey through life, which all unfolded as my relationship with music progressed," frontman Chris Conley said in a press release.

Saves the Day have previewed the record with the new song "Rendezvous." Of the track, Conley said, "By 'Rendezvous,' I've gone through all the reflecting and growing and come to a place where I'm so grateful and so satisfied and living the life I want to live. I was just a kid that got lucky and I got pulled into this amazing dream. And it's still going."
