Preoccupations Announce 'Cassette' Vinyl Reissue

BY Calum SlingerlandPublished Jun 20, 2017

Preoccupations initially released Cassette as a small-run tour EP in 2013. Now, the release is set to get the vinyl reissue treatment.

The EP reissue will be self-released and distributed through Flemish Eye in Canada and Jagjaguwar worldwide. It was last reissued on vinyl by Mexican Summer in 2014.

Cassette was recorded in a basement studio in 2013, with a press release describing it as "a mixture of sharply-angled rhythmic workouts and euphoric '60s garage pop melodies, balanced with a penchant for drone-y, VU-styled downer moments."

You can preorder the reissue here.
