PinkPantheress has announced the cancellation of all of her remaining 2024 tour dates — including opening slots on Olivia Rodrigo's GUTS world tour and Coldplay's eco-conscious, bespoke stage pylon-laden Music of the Spheres tour — citing a need to focus on her "physical health and overall well-being."
"It is with the heaviest heart that sadly have to announce that I will not be able to continue with the rest of my live shows this year in order to focus on my physical health and overall well-being," she wrote on her Instagram Story. "It appears I have reached a wall which I am struggling to penetrate through. This will include my GUTS tour, Field Day, Summer Sonic, FORM, III Points, and Australia/NZ appearances."
PinkPantheress continued, "I would like to thank all of you, as well as my touring team and Olivia for giving me the platform to perform some super fun shows. I'm sad to disappoint anyone and can only hope we will be in each other's company once I return to health."
She had been one of the opening acts for Rodrigo's tour since last month, beginning with a July 19 performance at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, CA. PinkPantheress was scheduled to perform in Canada as support for Rodrigo's Vancouver show later this month.
Sleater-Kinney, Dominic Fike and Sum 41 have all cancelled shows in the past day or two due to health concerns.
