Selling out their four-day stint at Las Vegas's hot new Sphere was apparently enough juice for long-running jamband freaks Phish to announce plans for their 16th feature-length album, Evolve, arriving July 12 via JEMP Records.
Today, Trey Anastasio and co. unveil the album's cover art, painted by Mehdi Ghadyanloo, and its lead single, but that's just about it!
Chances are you'll be able to hear a bunch of new tunes from the band when they hit the road for a summer residency tour in July — unfortunately (unless you like the absence of Phishheads in your hometown), the trek offers no Canadian dates.
For now, though, you can check out "Evolve" below.
