Though Kurt Vile made stops in Toronto and Montreal just over two months ago, he has shared plans to return to both cities as part of a North American summer tour.
Vile's latest run of dates will come after his current world tour, bringing him to North America for 17 dates throughout July, August and September. Select dates will feature support from Dinosaur Jr., J Mascis and Cate Le Bon.
Along with his previously announced appearance at Montreal's Osheaga festival, Vile will play Toronto's Sony Centre on August 1. You can find his complete itinerary below.
Vile has also shared two new recordings from a Spotify Singles session, which find him performing a cover of the Rolling Stones' "No Expectations" alongside a version of his own "Loading Zones." You can hear them in the player below.
Vile delivered his Bottle It In album last October. In January, he shared new single "Timing Is Everything (And I'm Falling Behind)."
