Saba Lou and her dad, Montreal ex-pat King Khan — one half of King Khan & BBQ Show — are suing Rihanna for allegedly using Lou's song "Good Habits (and Bad)" in an Instagram ad without permission.
As TMZ reports, the pair, who have been residing in Germany, claim that Lou's 2012 song was used in a commercial for Rih's Fenty fashion brand. They claim they have received no compensation for the use of the song, which was co-written by Khan.
According to court documents, Khan and Lou are asking for the song to be removed, as well as an unspecified sum to cover damages. The ad has reportedly been viewed more than 3.4 million times.
Rihanna's legal team has not responded to the lawsuit as of yet.
