After sharing that he tested positive for COVID-19 this weekend, Jeff Rosenstock has officially postponed the September leg of his North American tour.
The punk rocker and merchandise justice warrior took to Twitter today to share a friendly reminder that the virus, despite having never left, is back with a vengeance.
"With COVID on the loose in our crew, we've made the very difficult decision to postpone the remaining dates of our September tour," he wrote.
Toronto and Montreal are two of the dates that will be pushed back, along with stops in St. Louis, Chicago and Detroit.
Rosenstock estimated that the dates would be rescheduled for March or April of 2024 — still with support from openers Sidney Gish and Gladie — and offered an apology to the fans who had bought tickets for the postponed shows.
It appears Rosenstock's West Coast trek at the end of November remains unaffected.
