Hey Rosetta!'s Tim Baker Plots New Solo Album, Shares "Dance"

The former frontman has shared the song via an intimate video

Former Hey Rosetta! frontman Tim Baker is coming back into to our lives, both with a new solo album and single.

Baker will release a solo album in early 2019, a press release has revealed. The full-length was made alongside producer and friend Marcus Paquin.

And while no title or release date has been announced yet, the PR explains the following: "The two took some of these bare, acoustic tracks and dressed them in the more playful arrangements and technically profound mindset Tim always imagines for his work."

For now, Baker has shared his new solo track "Dance," which has been delivered via an intimate new video.

"'Dance' is a song about wanting to dance and move and connect with someone, but it comes from a place of stillness and disconnection," said Baker in a statement. "So it's also about mental health, and living and aging in a time when technology increasingly makes watchers out of doers."

In addition to plotting a solo album, Baker has a series of upcoming fall tour dates with Bahamas. You can see those all below.

As previously reported, Hey Rosetta! called it a day with a string of farewell shows in 2017.
