"Flesh Without Blood" (live on 'Fallon')

While Grimes is gearing up for her tour with Florence and the Machine, the Canadian pop star pleased television audiences last night (May 4) with a performance of Art Angels' "Flesh Without Blood" on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

The on-air performance found Grimes grabbing a guitar to lay down some sunny hooks. Eventually, she drops her axe to vogue and sing alongside her backup dancers. Also joining her onstage was an electronic percussionist, who whapped at her drum pad and also added a vocal line or two.

The TV time run-through, which was blasted with neon light, can be found below.

As previously reported, Grimes will be the opening act on Florence and the Machine's tour for a series of U.S. shows. She drops off the trip before it heads into Canada, though Of Monsters and Men will hop on the bill. You'll find the details over here.
