Chan Marshall will release her latest Cat Power album Wanderer this fall, and she's just unveiled one of the record's most anticipated songs.
"Woman" hears her teaming up with Lana Del Rey, and the track has been paired with visuals by director Greg Hunt.
Staying true to the album's goal of paying homage to folk and blues singers, the song is in the vein of Americana classics. The video starts with Marshall and her band playing band against a gorgeous sunset backdrop, though we also see shots of her exploring nature.
Del Rey doesn't appear in the video, but you can hear her breathy vocals accompanying Cat Power's grittier drawl.
Check out the video for "Woman" below.
Wanderer marks Cat Power's first full-length since 2012's Sun. It's due out October 5 via Domino Records.
