As just about anyone on earth will agree, it's been difficult to find new ways to pass the time while socially distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Residents of a care home in Edgware, UK, have found a perfect solution to the doldrum, however, and have started recreating classic album covers.
The Sydmar Lodge Care Home has been under lockdown for four months, but their activities coordinator Robert Speker has coordinated one hell of an activity. He's had the seniors perfectly recreate album covers, and the results are delightful.
Below, you'll find aged versions of classic covers from the likes of Blink-182, Michael Jackson, Adele, Taylor Swift, Madonna, the Clash, Bruce Springsteen, Elvis Presley, David Bowie and Queen.
Speker has also organized a GoFundMe page in the hopes that he can raise money for more activities in the group home.
