Vancouver's Apollo Ghosts have a shared a one-off single. The release of "Gave Up the Dream" coincides with the announcement of a UK/France tour.
The song is a synth-spiked twist on Apollo Ghosts' punky indie pop sound, with layers of reverb and dreamy textures complementing frontman Adrian Teacher's bittersweet lyrics. It was mixed by John Collins (of Destroyer and the New Pornographers).
