Franz Ferdinand released their latest LP of original material Always Ascending earlier this year, but while the Scottish indie rockers were in Toronto recently, they paid homage to hometown hero Drake with a cover of "Passionfruit."
Performing at the "House of Strombo," the group's new lineup ran through the More Life hit in the middle of a short set. Wedged between original tracks like "Walk Away," "Glimpse of Love" and "Take Me Out," the band did Drake justice with their own spin on the tune.
