Doja Cat's Scarlet is arriving at the end of the month, and it's already been a pretty messy rollout, with Doja continuing to beef casually with her fans/haters (often both at the same time) and having to switch up the Dusty Ray-created album art after realizing it was near-identical to that of metal band Chaver.
Still, the songs keep coming, and now Doja has shared the genuinely spooky video for new song "Demons," which stars Christina Ricci as a mother whose home is being terrorized by a Doja demon. The video references some classic horror movies, with nods to Poltergeist and The Shining, while Doja's demonic prosthetics and body paint recall 2010's Insidious.
"We are enemies! We are fooooes! Who are you? And what are thoooose? You are grooooss! Percocet got you playing with your noooose!" Doja raps at one point.
"Demons" follows "Attention" and "Paint the Town Red." Scarlet arrives September 22.
