Trash Talk have returned with their first new release since 2016. The California outfit have enlisted in-demand producer Kenny Beats for a new EP titled Squalor, which is set to arrive June 5.

Squalor runs five tracks in length and follows the band's 2016 EP Tangle. It also marks Trash Talk's first release completed with a single producer.

"We did a record with Steve Albini, but that was more about engineering," guitarist Garrett Stevenson explained in a statement. "Working with Kenny was the first time we've had real input in the studio. We stepped outside our typical routine."

You can hear "Something Wicked" in the player below. Trash Talk's most recent full-length was 2014's No Peace.
