A Sunny Day in Glasgow are preparing to deliver their double EP Planning Weed Like It's Acid / Life Is Loss: Pop Songs 2015. Having already shared opening cut "Jet Black, Starlit," they've now followed it up by rolling out the second track, "Hey, You're Mine."
The vibrant tune begins with an onslaught of bright, harpsichord-like synth tones. Rat-a-tatting rhythms pick up the mood even further, while the slow-paced vocals give the song a sense of dreamy, cinematic triumph.
The band have said that their new songs were "written, recorded and mixed at light-speed," and this translates into a fun, bouncy tune.
