After detailing their forthcoming album All of Us earlier this month, Sam Roberts Band have returned with a new single from the effort titled "Youth."
"You're only young once," Roberts sings on the track, "Try to remember / How your heart was beating / When you were young."
The song, which laments "the inevitability of time passing while seeking to maintain the parts of ourselves that encounter the world with the wide-eyed wonder it deserves," arrives today alongside a new music video.
The band's new visual effort includes further animated works by WHAT GIFS' Jordan Allen, who had previously worked on the video for album cut "I Like the Way You Talk About the Future." So far, they've also released "Ascension" from the record.
All of Us is set to arrive on October 16 through Secret Weapon and Known Accomplice, and follows the band's 2016 album TerraForm.
Meanwhile, Roberts recently joined forces with members of Hollerado, Sloan and Tokyo Police Club as CanRock supergroup Anyway Gang, who released their self-titled debut album last year.
