Recent Exclaim! New Faves, Ottawa duo chemical club, have detailed their debut collection for Arts & Crafts. Alongside the news, they've shared new single "Hurt Happens," diving headlong into love and risking it all.
Pale Blue EP arrives on September 23 from the jaunty project of fanclubwallet members Eric Graham and Michael Watson, who are, needless to say, really into clubs. The five-track body of work includes previously released singles like "Every Morning Is a Chance," as well as the yet-unheard title track.
Of the effervescent latest cut, Graham and Watson offered the following in a press release:
Deep in conversation within the honeymoon phase, telling each other your deepest secrets while underneath a blanket of stars. You become so close and care deeply for one another in such a short amount of time, then you quickly come to terms with the fact that you may never see each other again. Being willing to put your heart on the line even though it might result in pain and hurt. Understanding that vulnerability in relationships is necessary for a chance at love.
