Jumping from the small, New Jersey-based Eyeball Records to major label Reprise seemed like a far stretch for My Chemical Romance, but the band makes the transition with surprising ease. The band brings back their unique old school punk meets heartbroken teenager anthems, this time with some pretty interesting production touches brought on by superstar producer Howard Benson. Its hard not to enjoy "You Know What They Do To Guys Like Us In Prison, with its ragtime punk feel or the emo-goth melodies in "Helena. This is a diverse, solid and well-written album.
