Staying within the musician's glamorous, funky vein, the track uses repetition to emulate one's own compulsive thoughts. "'Stop' is the incessant yet addictive thought that's parked itself in your head, will you let it take over?" Marci said of the track in a press release.
The track follows "KITY," which arrived in May. It's the second offering since Marci released her self-titled debut last year.
