Grammy-winning rapper and Any Given Sunday actor LL Cool J is set to return to the football field to headline the Concert Kickoff ahead of the BC Lions' CFL season debut at BC Place on June 17. He follows OneRepublic, who graced the stage ahead of the Lions' season opener last year.
LL Cool J hasn't released an album in over a decade, so it's safe to assume that he'll perform his hits from the '80s and '90s, including "Mama Said Knock You Out" and "Rock the Bells."
DJ and producer Z-Trip will join the rapper on stage to fire up the crowd at 3 p.m. PT ahead of the game's 4 p.m. PT kickoff time.
Tickets for the game and show are on sale here.
