Mac Miller died of an accidental overdose nearly six years ago, and in the years since his passing, we've been privy to plenty of his unreleased music, including the posthumous 2020 album Circles.

It seems like there's still plenty of music to be shared, and today, we get another previously unreleased track in "The Quest." Although it came out last year, it was only available on vinyl editions of the 10th-anniversary reissue of Miller's 2013 album Watching Movies with the Sound Off.

The song has now been officially released on streaming, and for the uninitiated, it's a very pretty, swirling and vaguely melancholy track that Miller produced under his Larry Fisherman alias. It's built around a sample of "Phone Call" from Jon Brion's Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind score.

Miller's ex-girlfriend Ariana Grande just released her new album Eternal Sunshine earlier this month.

Check out "The Quest" below.
