Jennifer Lopez and Shakira to Play 2020 Super Bowl Halftime Show

Jennifer Lopez and Shakira are heading to the Super Bowl. The pair of superstars has just been confirmed as the official performers for the Pepsi Super Bowl LIV Halftime Show.

The announcement was made this afternoon, with J.Lo and Shakira joining forces for the halftime show during the game on February 2 at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens.

The news comes in the wake of JAY-Z's Roc Nation being named the NFL's "live music entertainment strategist," which includes the Super Bowl halftime show. Shakira is managed by Roc Nation.

The last Super Bowl Halftime Show saw Maroon 5, Travis Scott and Big Boi performing — to very mixed reviews.
