The Aubreys, the jangle-rock duo composed of Stranger Things star Finn Wolfhard and his former Calpurnia bandmate Malcolm Craig, have released their debut EP. Soda & Pie is available to stream now.
The three-track effort features recently released single "Loved One" along new tracks "Brother" and "Afraid to Drink." Demos of the latter two initially appeared on The Aubreys Demos 1, which quietly surfaced on Bandcamp last summer.
As with the duo's first track, "Getting Better (otherwise)," the songs of Soda & Pie recall art-punk icons like the Velvet Underground and the Reatards.
Listen to Soda & Pie below.
In more Finn Wolfhard news, he's set to star in a full-length adaptation of short film Rules for Werewolves, the short film version of which was supposed to debut at SXSW before it was cancelled due to coronavirus.
