We only just learned of Empire of the Sun's return with Two Vines, and now we've got our first proper taste of the anticipated new album.
Called "High and Low," the track finds Luke Steele and Nick Littlemore in fine form, hitting some big highs — but no lows — as they reach ever-skyward with their latest electro-pop anthem. Littlemore previously said of Two Vines that the duo were imagining "a modern city overtaken by jungle, almost like mother nature taking back the planet." And while that may be hard to picture right off the bat here, Empire of the Sun are definitely taking back our hearts with this one.
