Deerhunter are back with a little Halloween treat — a new 13-minute song called "Timebends."
This marks the first new material we've got from the band since the release of this year's Why Hasn't Everything Already Disappeared? And according to a press release, "'Timebends' is a partly improvised stream-of-consciousness outpouring. Recorded live direct to tape and in one take with minimal overdubs and mastered using a completely analogue signal chain, 'Timebends' recalls Deerhunter's early avant-garde recordings and reaffirms their position as one of this generation's most dynamic live acts."
In addition to the audio stream, you can watch a video for "Timebends" directed by Deerhunter's Bradford Cox below.
