After teasing some new material, Coldplay have announced their next album. Moon Music will be out on October 4 through Atlantic Records.
The album finds the band reuniting with hitmaker Max Martin, who also produced 2021's Music of the Spheres. Like that previous album, Moon Music seems to have an outer space theme — something that comes across in the album cover (above).
The single "Feelslikeimfallinginlove" arrives this Friday (June 21). Below, watch fan-shot footage of a live performance of the song in Budapest yesterday (June 16).
Coldplay's physical pressings of Moon Music will meet "new sustainability standards," including vinyl made from recycled plastic bottles. The CD version is made from 90 percent recycled polycarbonate.
