Metalcore titans August Burns Red are celebrating the 10th anniversary of their sixth studio album, 2013's Rescue & Restore, this year — and they've announced a tour that will bring the festivities on the North American road, including a pair of Canadian stops in Montreal and London.
"Rescue & Restore was a pivotal album for ABR," the band shared in a statement. "It was the first album where we really started to experiment and explore different instruments and textures that we'd never used before. After 10 records and 20 years as a band, this album is still one of our proudest moments collectively. We are so grateful for the opportunity to play the entire record every night on tour and to showcase songs we've never performed live before. This tour is going to [be] special. We'll see you in November and December!"
With support from Brand of Sacrifice, Spite and Crystal Lake, the quintet will perform Rescue & Restore in full each night (along with other classics and fan faves) starting November 10 in Worchester, MA. They'll dip into Canada briefly to play Montreal's L'Olympia on November 11 and the London Music Hall on November 12 before completing the rest of the anniversary dates stateside, with Christmas Burns Red hometown shows capping off the run on December 8 and 9.
Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday (August 4) at 10 a.m. local time, following presales that begin at noon today.
